diy: bracelet (by ljenmf)
via the yes stylist.
Oh, I love this kind of bracelet that incorporates odd bits and pieces into its construction. There have been a few posts in the past with tutorials or inspiration on this sort of jewellery, so if you’re interested, don’t forget to search the tags!

this is an incredibly good idea and, despite having to drill holes and use screw anchors, the project is quite simple. if you’re still not sure about it, just ask one of the men in your life to do the hard part and you’re good to go!
and as i do enjoy a bit of a messy look in my bedroom, this is totally going to work as a décor piece for me, yay! ;)

super easy diy bolt rings. all you need is a bolt and some elastic. i think you could make it work with a hair elastic, sort of in the same way that erica domesek shows in her “ps: i made this” book.
i’m still obsessed with hardware store crafts but i’m only available to go to one after 6pm, when they’re all closed. damn!
Washer Necklace Tutorial | The Small Object
You might have seen a while ago a bracelet made from hex nuts - if not, search for it in Explore, you will love it! This necklace is along the same lines, using a mix of hardware and ribbon to create a truly lovely piece. If you’re not a lover of washers, you could have a look in Spotlight or Lincraft for flat beads with a hole in the middle.

since this other project came to light, i’ve been dying to incorporate hardware into my everyday jewellery. this necklace with washer is one other great idea. i only need time to stop by a hardware store to buy those things.
