Free DIY Bookplates. Many different artists, sizes, genre, color, black and white etc… There is something for everyone. This is a great gift given with an acid free glue stick, or print them on sticker paper (although they are easier to remove - I think - using a glue stick). Found at My Home Library here. *Note: I’d print these on cardstock or heavier paper than just copier paper.

with so many free printable invitations floating around the web, there’s really no excuse to stick to boring ones or to, even worse, e-mails! i mean, some occasions are special enough to warrant a little bit of effort, right? ;)
anyway, the two invitations with chevron stripes are my favourite ones. they’re just super adorable!

i love the idea of having a photobooth in a party, especially because of all the fun props that usually come with it. maybe for my next birthday… i’ll be 30, after all, and this is an age that demands some kind of celebration!

as amazing as this smithsonian ads are, they’re fake. =( the idea and execution is quite amazing, though.
